History of photography
camera obscura
my recreation of the camera obscura
I made my camera obscure by folding a piece of black paper and making it into a box like shape then taping it together with tracing paper and cutting a hole on the other side and making a lense onto the hole I previously cut this would create an upside down picture where artists used to draw off of it to get it perfectly precise drawing. but for me I held it towards the window to get the light to reflect into my camera and I drew the outlines of what I saw.

slow shutter speed
slow shutter speed enabled you to blur and capture ghost like images
we looked at the work of Francesca Woodman, who made ghostly images by setting her camera to have a long exposure (slow shutter speed). We went out and started to experiment with shutter speed to take photos just like hers

Aperature 2.0
